About Me

My Background

As a business owner in our city and proud resident of Fitchburg's ward 5, I am deeply invested in the future of our community. I’ve spent years serving this community both on the front lines and as a small business owner. My background is rooted in public emergency service, where I learned how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems in real time, and put people’s lives first. That experience taught me the value of public service and the importance of strong, responsive local government.

In addition to my emergency service career, I built and operate a local business right here in Fitchburg. I know what it takes to meet payroll, navigate red tape, and create something that strengthens the community. I’ve experienced the frustrations that many other small business- owners face and I’ve fought through them with grit and determination.

I’m not a politician. I’m someone who works hard, shows up, and believes Fitchburg deserves better. I understand the daily struggles of working families, first responders, and small business owners because I live them. That’s the perspective I’ll bring to the City Council - practical, people-first, and focused on results. I am committed to being a strong voice for all residents and to working collaboratively toward smart, sustainable solutions.

My involvement

My commitment to Fitchburg is personal and will remain lifelong. I’m not a career politician — I’m a neighbor, a worker, and someone who shows up.  I’ve supported community clean-ups, food drives, and mutual aid efforts throughout the city — especially in the neighborhoods that get overlooked. I enjoy working with many local organizations and after-school programs to support our kids with real-world opportunities.

As someone who understands the daily challenges of housing, bills, and job insecurity, I stand with workers, small business owners, and tenants fighting for fairness and stability. I’ve attended a number of community meetings, not just to listen but to help drive real action on issues.

I believe leadership should come from those who live the issues, not just talk about them. My involvement in Fitchburg isn’t new. It’s been consistent, hands-on, and from the heart. I'm ready to bring that same energy and integrity to the City Council.

Top Issues

I believe Fitchburg deserves thoughtful, transparent, and inclusive leadership that puts the people first. Our neighborhoods face real challenges—affordable housing, economic development, public safety, infrastructure, and access to quality services.

Everyone deserves to feel safe in their home and proud of their neighborhood. I will prioritize public safety, support continued investment in infrastructure, and fight for cleaner streets, and responsive city services.  Too many in Fitchburg are working harder than ever and still falling behind. I’ll advocate for affordable housing, and stronger support systems for families, seniors, and those living paycheck to paycheck.

As a small business owner, I know what it’s like to deal with red tape and rising costs. I’ll work to cut unnecessary barriers, support local entrepreneurs, and bring more job opportunities to Fitchburg, especially ones that pay fair wages.

Fitchburg residents deserve a government that actually listens. I’ll maintain open communication, push honest budgeting, and fight for policies shaped by community voices, not just political insiders.  I will always prioritize listening to constituents, bringing accountability to City Hall, and ensuring every neighborhood has a seat at the table.
